Charged subscription, but no delivery of minutes.

I was charged a few days ago for my monthly subscription 800 min. and it was not delivered even though it is actually doe today on July 18. It is not there. I am in Japan, is there some time difference thing going on?  It would make me very happy if I had been charged already the minutes would be delivered on time. Thanks.

I guess you were charged for the recurring payment.

Please note that due to the time it can take for some transactions to be processed, we charge your bank or PayPal account three days in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription. You do not lose these three days; your subscription is still valid for the full period that you sign up for (one, three or 12 months)

the same problem is happening to me. i bought a subscription and it was charged 5 days ago and it was to be ready to use today 22 aug. whats going on? when i will be able to make calls?

I bought a subscription and I got a message saying that it was delivered but I CAN NOT make any calls, whenever I try it shows a message saying that I need to buy skype credit or a subscription but I already did.
