I have been charged for Skype Premium which I have no interest in using nor did I purchase. I need a refund, this is the third post I've put out about this with no solid answer. I am getting very frustrated and thinking about discontinuing my use of Skype all together. Please respond.

I too have been charged through Paypal 117.00 for a years service that i never used last year either. I was not notified about this or I would have cancelled. Please advise as to what to do next. I realize that this is a vast company with thousands of people using it and asking questions but this is the third time I have asked for assistance and no one answers. You were quick to take my money out of my bank account and now I want it back with a reply just as quickly.
