Charged for Unlimited Subscription

I have an Unlimited Calling Subscription Package.

I tried making a call to INDIA but was charged .12 for it.

I should not have been charged.

I am new to this. Please tell me how it works?

Have India Landline and mobiles package of 400 mins and I have still been charged.
