I have a new 'join skype' & am signed in
When I clik button 'Buy Skype Credit' I get the following error at the top of page in highlited red...
"! There's been a problem. To complete your purchase, please sign into your account from Skype"
I am already signed in.
"from Skype" What does this specifically mean ?
Should I expect an email after joining skype ?
I need some credit so I can call landline
Thanks

Hello,
Could you specify what you mean by "new join skype" ? Did you mean that you created a new Skype account ?
I think by "sign into your account from Skype" it is meant that you need to sign in to your account from Skype program, after downloading the program.

Yep, new account "join" button.
After getting home I installed skype & signed in to the skype program but still got same error.
I tried again from skype website (signed in) but still same error.
Opened internet explorer V6?(rarely gets used) went to skype web, signin & it worked.
hmmm... looks like it doesn't like firefox (latest version & earlier version, 2 different computers) but doesn't explain why skype program got same error?
anyway got a 'workaround' for now.
