Cancelling subscription didn't work

Hello,

 

My skypename is kmartinuk. I've cancelled the subscription "400 minutes to Ukraine landlines" and immediately after that bought another one "120 min to Ukraine to any phone" as I need to make calls to mobile phones.

 

There was a message about the successful cancallation, however what I see now is 2 subscriptions available and of course skype charged me for "400 minutes to Ukraine landlines".

 

How to cancell the "400 minutes to Ukraine landlines" subscription and to do a refund for it?

Hi My name is martpitt404569 ,I cancelled the subscription group call the 6 of august. Now I have seen that you renew the order by yourself without  my permission! I just cancelled

it not renew it!please I want the money back!

I have also attempted to cancel my subscription after it was renewed. When I first started the subscription it said that it would be renewed in four weeks, however I thought today was the day it would be renewed and not yesterday. I have since cancelled by subscription anyways but I would truly appreciate a refund and suggestion as to how to avoid this in the future.

You have recently cancelled auto recharge for Skype Credit, but subscription is not the same as Skype Credit. If you cancel Skype Credit recharge option it doesn't cancel your subscription.

 

Your subscription is still active, but you can cancel it as shown here:

Subscriptions are extended based on purchase date and time, which means if you purchase subscription on the 14th at 15.00 GMT then next month it will be extended automatically on the 14th at 15.00 GMT.

The problem with this is that from time to time there can be delays either on your bank or Skype payment provider side. If there is even 1 minute delay then subscription would fail and expired. This is why Skype has set recurring payment date 3 days in advance. Of course you won't loose 3 days out of your subscription, it's still extended based on initial purchase date, but payment is taken in advance to avoid delays.

Also quite often customer forget to update their credit card, so 3 days should be enough time for a customer to take an action before subscription expires.

 

Next payment date should always be shown under subscription settings:

I am Franco Aguggiaro (smartpitt404569)I want to cancel the subscption for group call.I have an email that you wrote to me the 6th of august (Skype noreply@notifications.skype.com) at 10.50

AUTO-rercharge has been cancelled

to day I had an other email from skype telling me that (in italian)I order again a group call.I never did it!!Cancel the group call I don't want it

Hi Franco,

Did you check my previous post?

Skype Credit auto recharge and Skype Premium subscription are completely 2 different things. Canceling auto recharge will not cancel Skype Premium.

You have still not cancelled your Skype Premium as I posted before. Please read my previous post and follow steps there.

Regarding to my original post. My subscription was still active (maybe I did something wrong, who knows...) and after contacting customer support by link provided I successfully got a refund.
