I cancelled my subscription, but was automatically charged for payment when I did NOT have that option enabled. I have cancelled my subscription, however I don't know how to get my money back. I have not made any skype calls since my subscription automatically renewed itself, so how do I get refunded?

I used the chat (not email) option and talked to a rep. I got my money refunded, because I requested it within 15 days. I had been charged for no good reason. Good luck!
