I've just received notification from skype that

Additional Skype Credit has been automatically purchased for your account

I've never authorized skype to automatically charge me for credit 

How can I stop this.

I've always toped up in the past when I need to, not happy having it automatically taken.

and I am totally fed up of having Skype calls from some idiotic recorded message telling me that I have a problem and should download a programme to "sort out my computer"

I never signed up to automatically allow skype to charge me for credit and was not going to buy credit again.  I was going to deinstall skype because who wants these calls during the day or night.

Please cancel my monthly subscription. My skype name is Allan Davis I have tried, several times, to use the support network to find out how to do this. When I go into my account, there are no subscriptions listed -- but I am being charged monthly. Please respond to confirm that the subscription has been cancelled.

My new skype name is david.heynes73. I have had $16 deducted from my bank account and it has not been credited as a subscription.I have had previous skype names and that is where I think the money is being deposited. Could you please rectify this situation . I love using skype to phone relatives overseas and in Australia but can't afford to pay $16 every time and not know where the money has gone.

Hi keenna2 here, I would like to cancel my subscription as of 7/08/12. I would have done it yesterday but could not find a place to click on cancel. You really should take care of that problem. Please cancel my subscription immediately. Thank you

Hi,

Went to the page you sugested and did what it said. but I could not find 'Next Page' under 'Call Phone' neither 'Your subscription'.

Spend hours to try cancel the World Unlimited Free Trial, very regreted I took the trail.
