Cancel subscription

Please cancel my monthly subscription. My skype name is juliebunnell. I have tried, several times, to use the support network to find out how to do this. When I go into my account, there are no subscriptions listed -- but I am being charged monthly. Please respond to confirm that the subscription has been cancelled.

Hi,
I can see that you have 2 Skype accounts associated with your email address.
Most probably you are logged into the wrong account.
ake sure you sign in with the exact same username you used for this forum.

Hi I cannot believe that my subscription for unlimited calls to specific country has increased by 400% last year you charge me about  AUD $70 and I just realised you just charged me $250???? wth?

My username is jorjuelp I would appreciate if you cancel my subscription and return my money back. I believed I could leave my credit card details in the safe hands of skype but what I can understand after you have charged me that amount of money is that I shouldn't have left my credit card details with you guys.

I will contact the financial institution straight away for this matter to be investigated.

Pleas cancel this subscription the entire process is to cumbersome and your sign up kept making me have to sign up from a face book account which I do not have and do not want.
