Can't locate page to change my credit card info.

I have a new credit card number, and Skype sent me an e-mail saying my account will expire at the end of November if I don't update my account. I have been around in circles on your website looking for the page to chang the credit card number but can't find it. All I see is my old credit card number and an option to delete it, not change it. Please give me the exact URL to the page where I can update my credit card number. Otherwise, adios in December. Your website is horrific to navigate. Very poor quality programming.
