I've been hounded for two months to renew my skype phone number before it expires. I also have skype's any country on autopay, and I just received a notice stating that my credit card on file with skype has been successfully billed for another year of this service. I assumed that skype would also autobill me for the phone number, but this hasn't happened. So, 2 days before the number expires I go on line to renew it, and the payment fails, even though this is the same credit card that skype just successfully charged for my other service. And I have found no other means of adding another credit card to pay for this service. How can I give skype more money??? (btw I won't use paypal because of my numerous unsatisfactory experiences with them in the past.)
