I have a purchase order number and a bank statement reciept for 12 month subsciption purchase of skype dated March 1, 2012. Incoming calls to my number are now getting a "no longer in service message" and my account says my number is expired and I need to reactivate??
My account purchase history shows that payment has been made (march 1, 2012 - 12 month subscription "delivered") yet I am having trouble.
