Call History Problems

I've been trying to access my call history (and more specifically the call forwarding to my cell phone via https://secure.skype.com/account/usage.
But I keep getting the message,
We're having technical problems. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again after a few minutes.

I have the same problem. When I try to select last month's call history I get the Oops there seem to be a problem ... message.
Is there a bug in the web site?
