Credit cards were stolen. None of the ones on file are valid anymore Need to upgrade new card info. UNABLE TO DO SO!!! PLEASE send some kind of understandable instructions that actually work so that I can keep my account active.

I'm having the same problem and I am still stumped and hardly use this system at all..only used Skype once..but need to change cr.card number since I closed my ck.acct......bummer.

Same here...whenever I try to change my payment settings it sends me to a page which tells me "PAGE NOT FOUND"...it's very frustrating.

IM TRYING TO CHANGE CREDIT CARDS AND THE MESSAGE I RECEIVE IS DELETE CARDS BUT THERE IS NO INFO WHERE TO FIND, I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH SAME SKYPE DETAILS DOES NOT HELP,  IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER FOR THESE PEOPLE?
