I AM TRYING TO BY CREDIT BUT I HAVE TO CHANGE FIRST THE STORED
CREDIT CAR NUMBER. BY NO WAY I CAN ARISE THE STORED CARD NUMBER
AND REGISTER THE NEW ON. IT STILL MASTERCARD.
PLEASE KEEP ME OUT OF THIS UNPLEASANT GAP. THANKS
I am too having trouble changing my cc number. I see the ones that are already stored but don't know how to add a new one.
The fact that there isn't a number to call, is very frustrating. I got my unlimited subscription to a foreign country cancelled, because I got a new card from the bank. And now Skype is saying that it can't be reactivated. That is annoying. A year ago, the same thing happened and I was able to change the card number and keep my subscription. Can someone help me???

Here I am stuck in the same "SCREWY" situation. All I want to do is pay Skype the Money they have asked me to pay. And Skype is the barrier that is preventing that from happening. Skype must address "GLITCHES" such as this Oodity, and make the way for money to flow into their system

I am having the same issues as those who wrote to this 'support' forum' regarding the same problem 3 weeks ago! I've been out of Skype credit for almost 2 weeks for the asinine reason that there is a problem with the system that it would appear no one can be bothered to resolve.
I've switched banks and so need to change my credit card info. After not seeing any obvious way to do this I went to 'support/help'. Sign in to your account and toward the bottom of the page, under Settings and extras, click View Details next to Payment settings.
I tried to delete the old card as was explained above with the following results;
I click on 'View Details' and am directed to 'Payment settings'. I then click on 'Buy More Credit'. According to the support page, which reads 'On the Payment Settings page that appears, click Stored payment details, and then next to the credit card you want to delete, click the Delete button.' And here is where the problem lies.... THERE IS NO SUCH LINK. IT IS NOT THERE. I am only directed back to the Buy/Payment page [https://secure.skype.com/buy/payment/overview] where the only links available are to change my home address [this actually DID work] and the 'Change Visa card' link...which just brings me right back to where I began at 'Select your payment method' !!!! As my payment method would still be Visa, I click on this **vainly hoping I will then be able to change my card from here*** but GUESS WHAT!? I am lead right back to the 'Select an amount of Skype Credit' page...WTF!?!
Glitches happen and I can accept that. What I'm having a difficult time accepting is that no one at Skype seems to be able to even shoot us a quick message to say that our messages have been read and that the problem is being looked into. Weak...really f'n weak.
So appearently the problem has finally been solved....with not so much as a nod from 'support' to acknowledge our quarries or to let anyone know that the problem has been looked into.
Ever since Microsoft took over, Skype has gone from a great company to terrible. Worst support ever.
Not that anyone from Skype is listening....
Please. I hhave had this problem for years. My son made payments for me his card in the past. It is expired by now, but every answer you have given me to change my stored payment method (expired credit cards)and add new card -does not work! I have had to contact my son and have him find his expired card # and use it to renew me. HELP. YOU HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED ME =I NEED QUICK SUPPORT,LIKE YESTERDAY. ANSWERS THAT WILL WORK. I'm dying here.I have tried everything you have told me to do ten times over. It doesn't change or delete an expired credit card. Don't you want paid? Is that it, tell me and I'll move on. Right now I am just going crazy. Please give me valid info. Cancel a card, Pick a card, Any card, just let me put my new one in. I'd thank you in advance but I need to just have my son save his old credit cards-one of mine too.
Don't cancel me until you resolve the problem. Please. I've got the money to renew.
I lost my Visa card and have a new one the SUPE system is no letting my simply revise the credit car number or use a different card. Please give me a 1, 2, 3 step-by on how to do that.
for those of you who are having trouble changing your credit card info (card type etc) I found the answer here and was able to make changes to my settings by first going in and purchasing skype credit:
"If you don’t have any credit card details saved in your account, simply buy some Skype Credit or a subscription. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details, and these will be saved in your account and used for future purchases or recurring payments. Your credit card details are stored securely."
