Buy Credit transfer me to Chinese TOM website

HI, I just clicked Buy Credit bottom, and it transfer me to the Chinese TOM website. How can I just buy the credit trough the official site?

It seems you've created your country in China using the TOM Skype client. This way it's attached to TOM China and you need to buy credit via them.

If you want to use international payment options unfortunately you need to create a new account.

I did not create my account in China, but it still diverts me to the Tom China website. Is there any way to get around this?

it's their freaking bug and they won't admit it.

 they sold my account to china as well.  screw them, just close the account and find a new one.  i have been fighitng with them for house and hours.. no freaking help

This has just started happening to one of our staff.

- they dont live in China

- they have never used Tom site before

- account was created in the UK years ago

- dont want to create a new account.

There is no solutions.  You contacted the rep in the U.S.  after verifying/confirming/delaying/making you pissed!!  you would only get one answer.  "your account is opeened in china, we can't help you"    f'them.. prove the accoutn was opened was in china... for god's sake..  bunch of M.O.RONS.

you contact the rep in china.  they speak no english, after months and more anger. then you will be redirect back to this website.

So to buy credit,

On Serach engine, type skype sign in, it will come up ' create account, app, payment and price, support...etc

click payment and price, you will be able to sign in US site. I hope it helps.

Or use VPN or ask a friend to sign in your account to buy credit.
