I signed up for a premier account in 10/11 for 1 year. It shows up on my credit card. Not here on the sight it says I have no credit. The second thing is my account was also charged for some kind of attachment for $ 53.00 I did not order it. I was sent an e mail saying it had been shipped. It is Jan/12 and I haven't gotten it. Can you please tell me what's going on?
