Billing

I was charged twice on the same day for the same subscription. How do I get the 2nd charge refunded?

I have received 2 emails from you that my subscription will run out April 14, 2012.

I checked my account.  Jan. 13 and 14, 2012 you took out of my account 3 months, then 1 year and then for auto pay.  That is 3 payments...My account say I am paid up until Jan. 13, 2013.  It has been 3 months and you are sending out a message that I will loose my account as of April 14, 2012..Now I will loose the year I have paid for.  How do I get my year with Skype starting April 14?  If I loose my phone and number I need a refund.  Please advise as to what you are doing and what I should be doing.  This has to be resolved before I start with my credit card company.
