Auto-recharge overcharging!

I would like to know why an auto-recharge of £11.50 when my credit fell below £2 only amounts to £11.50 - surely it should be at least £12.50 with the remaining credit added.

I also don't understand why this is still enabled as I disabled it weeks ago when I realised the facility was working on my account. I have disabled it again. But why does it do this?

I note someone asked a similar question last year and they have had no response. Please could you answer this. Thanks
