Re: Auto re-charge? It is fraud.

Why there is charge of 14 Canadian Dollar from my account, It is said that I have order something, but I have not purchased anything, It is fraudelently charge by skype, I have only one plan and that is India unlimited, no other product I bought, still my account is debited by 14 CAD.? IT says auto recharge. but there is no need of it, as my plan is unlimited Inia. monthly subscription date is 26 so why I am charged on 15/4/2011 without placing any order, they debited my account. I want my money.

Re: Auto re-charge?

Auto-recharge resets it's self everytime you make a deposit to youe Skype account. It charged me & caused my bank account to be over-drawn. I may have to have $30 over-draw fee. Just remember everytime you deposit to make sure you turn off "auto-recharge". It's a nasty, ugly piece of software which clearly shows that Skype doesn't care about it's customers, only how much it can grap from you as quickly as possible.
