I'm trying to add a credit card to my account but going through the "Buy Skype Credit" process shows me the box on the right that says "Paying With." When I click on that box, I am given the choice of what kind of card, but no place to input the credit card information. It doesn't appear like the screenshot in the Help section (which shows part of the existing card information under the Visa symbol). Am I missing how to input the card info? Help.

Y es it is a bit moronic, (typical skype) but after choosing new card choice hit continue like normal, the next page will be where you add your new information. Not very intunitive, but we dealing with skype here.

My old card is expired and my account in Skype says I need to update my method of payment in a month or I will lose my subscription. I type in my new card and it takes me to a "Visa Verify" page to further confirm my info. I do this and hit continue and it takes me to another "Visa Verify" page that says to hit continue if I want this card to be used as my online method of payment in general or cancel to just have the card as a payment for this one service (skype). There is no cancel or continue button to press. I talk skype support in live chat and they just told me to pay a different way. I talked to tech support for my card and they said skype isn't retrieving the data properly or the page would display a "continue" or "cancel" button. Skype -I just want to pay for another year is that too much to ask!?

Yes, i am going through the exact same thing with skype and Mastercard. and i only have two days left before expires, did the live chat, skype policy is idiotic, they refuse to do any thing, no wonder they are losing customers, and they do not seem to care.

I have a new credit card from my bank I am trying to use. The old card was turned off because it was compromised about a month ago. I can't get the system to take my new card number. What do I need to do to make a payment on my exitisting acctount.

All I can say is "What the Hell Skype?!". I WANT to pay. I'm TRYING to be a return customer. YOUR payment system isn't working. The least your "customer service" department could do is take our friggin' payment. Instead, they just say "Too bad, try something else". I offered to send a check but customer service wouldn't even accept that. You won't help me pay by card. You won't give me a mailing address for check or money order. Your customer service just blames the customer. I called the techs for US Bank and Visa Verify and both. They were in agreement that it was Skype's system. Wether it is or not - WHY NOT DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMER PAY YOU!?!?!?
