Account Charges

Four days ago I subscribed to the international calling plan for $13.99, and was charged $13.99.  Today I made a 40 minute international call.  The charge for the call was not included in my international calling plan, but was taken from my my "Skype Credit" account and since it went below the minimum balance, I was charged another $10.

I am being charged TWICE.  How can I fix this and get my credit back?

Hello Frank,

1. To/within which country were you calling?  Landline or cellphone?

2.  You have enabled the auto top up system. Your credit account has had $10 added to it.
