Account Balance zeroed out

I had purchased $10 credit some time ago but only used less than $1 so far, so am positive I had at least $9 credit in my account. I tried to sign in today but had to reset my password due to confusion. Imagine my surprise to find the account balance as ZERO. Has anyone had this experience? Skype tells me I have no other duplicate skype account ( I requested Skype to check as it's possible that I might have signed up under the one that did not have a balance.. remembering that I signed up for Skype perhaps under a different iD sometime ago)

I had exactly the same problem , how do I contact Skype ? Will they respond to this forum ?

Email dated 7/22/12 said I had 120 days to use the credit. Today is 9/4/12 and the credit is gone and they will not allow me to make any calls. They are anxious to sell me more credit though ... hell no!
