Hello,

I brought a new Skype phone and it come with 60 minutes free skype talk time

The voucher code that come with the phone does not work

How do I get a new voucher code

Try these steps:

1) Go to https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170

2) Click there on link Get more help

3) You will be asked to sign in if you haven't already

4) Choose appropriate topic Payment > Vouchers and Gift Certificates

5) Scroll down and click Continue support request.

6) On the next page choose Send an email

7) Scroll down on the next page and under Your problem make sure you fill out Subject and Description

8 ) Click on Send support request.
