I have $10 pay-as-you-go credit in my account, but I am not able to make a simple 800 call from my account. I am choosing Call Phones, then entering the number, but the button to call remains disabled (light green instead of dark green). What can I do to make this work?
Answering my own question - the reson the call button was not enabled was that my own skype status was offline. The moment I changed it to online, the call button was enabled.
