i havent seen this user online since july the 13th. on august 1st skype notified me that this user has a birthday, so i left some greetings. now i checked uppong them today to see if they are delivered but next to them i have a red mark saying delivery failed. i can still see this users avatar, the options for sending contacts and files are still clickable. what message do you get from sending a IM to someone who has blocked you or that person has simply really been offline for more than a month?
