We have asked Samsung to investigate this to see if there is a fault which is preventing video from being shown. We will reply back with an update as soon as we have any further information.
One immediate thing to check is that the person you are calling is on a recent version of Skype. Older versions of SKype for MAC and WINDOWS may not be compatible with video calling on the Samsung TV.

Allways be sure that you have the newest software on Samsung Tv and Skype on your devices.

Now we know that Auto Answer of Video is not supported in version 2.0, can you shed any light on whether any update is proposed? Can I suggest that User Selectable auto answer of video is a great feature and would benefit, for example, the elderly, who don't use a computer, but watch TV.
Any feedback on upgrade (v 3.0) features and timetables, would be much appreciated.
