Hello,
yesterday someone gold hold of my email address and they have reset my skype password. I want to reset it back but the tokens have been used. Is there a way to reset the tokens as waiting 24 hours is not an option. Please advise:
Thank you

if you have a purchase history in the last 6 months, you can retrieve or request a new password for your account without the need of the registered email address. Still, you should immediately report this to Skype customer support (address pasted below) for further advice and assistance.

Also kindly remove your email address in your initial post for security reasons. This is a public forum site, spammers/scammers may see your email address and send you unwanted messages or items.

Hi thanks for your reply. Is there a number that skype can be contacted on? Now they have changed the email address as I received notification in my inbox. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and no of rolling this back, what an amazing system.

i think skype is not offering phone support yet, and the live chat option is available for selected or certain users only. Below are customer support links which require no login, just select the subjects or headings closest to your concern;
support.skype.com/support_request
or email: contactus@skype.net

Yesterday I found on my History link number of people had had used my SKYPE. They were people whose names were unknown and I had never talked to them. How can this be stopped and what effects, other than nuissance value does it have for me?
