I missed some of the previous msgs re toolbars. My skype worked fine for a couple of years but now the screen has totally changed, there is no toolbar, the family pictures on which I clicked to contact have vanished. I can't add a contact. In fact I can do nothing except at look at my name and the fact that I have some small amount of credit (for my free account). This is really disappointing. I'm on Windows vista and haven't changed from it. HELP
