what can I do to use Click to call?

I can't properly work with click 2 call. So that why I want to remove it then reinstall but I can't remove, change, repair my skype click 2 call from PC. What can I Do.

The first time I installed it, it worked.  Then I got error messages in Chrome.  I uninstalled it, several days later trying to reinstall it - it runs through the install, but doesn't activiate in the browser... tried about a dozen times...
