Skype Video Calling on LG Smart TV, Can't See Video

So I got the camera and all for the LG Smart TV thing so I can video call on Skype. I can send video no problem, but I cant recieve video while doing a video call. The person I call tries to send video but nothing shows up.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

i have also LG smart tv + skype cam from lg and it does not work at all.

please explain me how you did to install skype and we will try together once i succeed.

i ve read that between skype for mac and skype smart tv (samsung) there is compatibility problem

Hi, I've just got the camera for my LG Smart TV and am having the same problem as the first poster.

I can send video but it doesn't show the video for the other party. I can hear sound no problems.

I can also confirm that I've skyped with two people, both running the latest Skype software and this hasn't helped. 

Please can you provide some checks I can perform or further information?

If it helps also, I can skype from a different PC on the same network and the video works fine.

same issue. No incoming video *AN-VC300 on my LG 60PZ950 (smart tv - software version 05.01.05). Really disappointed forking out all the cash and no solution from LG
how long must we wait??
-BTW cannot even get the ringtones to work in skype..
