Skype Toolbar causes Google Chrome to crash

I I disabled the toolbar but for some reason I cannot receive or make video calls.  Is there a connection to the toolbar?  My initial problem was Skype click to call will appear on the elevating informing me that Skype click to call crashed.  Is there a connection to the video call or do I need to reset Skype?  Kind of new and Skype do not know the tricks of their trade.

reinstall latest Click To Call Plugin with this link:

if still not resolves the issue, then 

Uninstall Click to Call Plugin from the Control Panel.

Hi. Not sure where I could post the question...

Anyway, I have the same problem with Skype Click to Call and I tried to uninstall it. A few seconds after I click "uninstall" the message would pop up asking me to "close all open Chrome windows before continuing". However, there was NOTHING open at that time. I made several attemts to uninstal it in different ways with the same result. I deleted Skype itself, but it did not help because Click to Call is a separate program. It is removed from Chrome extentions. I tried to download install it again and delete right away - same message. HOW TO GET RID OF CLICK TO CALL??? HELP!!!

This has become a major issue for me. I am unable to remove it because it is constantly asking me to stop all googlechrome links, which is not happening. People, you have a problem!!! Fix it!!!!!!
