I am setting up Skype on my new tv and have entered my skype name and password which works fine on my computer, but am getting a message on the tv screen saying that my user name or password is incorrect. I thought at first it was because I was still logged in to skype on my computer but it isn't that. It defies logic! Can anyone help?
The process for signing in on the Bravia tv can only be done in lower case. To solve the problem, change the user name and password to lower case and you should the be able to sign in.
I am having same problem with Bravia - no auto sign in & manual sign in a nono. Am using lower case & numeric for u/n & lower case, numeric & chars for p/w. Do I need to change these?
