SMS not arriving [ Edited ]

I have twice now tried to send an sms message to my cell phone as a trial run to test Skype SMS and have yet to receive any message on my Cell phone from my Skype PC. Whats up with that? and yes - I have Skype credit!

I have the same issue, have credit available, have tested the Sykpe to mobile phone out and that works a treat, but not SMS. Tried one suggestion from a Super User but hasn't worked and have gone through the FAQ's and Q&A's but appears nothing helpful. Be great if someone had the solution! Thanks

I also have problems with SMS.  Message is marked as delivered, I am charged for the message but no delivery.

I don't think I shall bother with Skype SMS anymore - clearly flawed.

Same here! I'm also being charged for messages that don't reach the recipient!

I have now paid for 4 text messages trying to verify my caller id. None have gone through. I have credit and have phoned my mobility provider and they tested. No value for my money.

same problem. two SMS sent, charged for each. no support from Skype or whoever owns them now!

I have the same issue!! I have tried several times to verify my phone number and no messages are sent to my phone. WASTE OF MONEY!! Skype needs to fix this and have a customer support phone number.

I got a quick response. No solution, but at least a response. I think that they, Skype, do not really know what the problem is?
