SMS failure

Hi, since Friday Skype keeps telling me that my messages to Cuba failed and that I should try again. You take paiment for it though. I know it sometimes happens that the status say SENT rather then DELIVERED but it's delivered anyway; how can I be sure that my messages get through? I think there is a little bug somewhere

I am having the same issue right now. For the past week all of my SMS messages sent to various Cubacel mobile phones in Cuba have failed.
