Reply to Skype SMS

If I send a Skype SMS to a mobile number, it gets delivered fine. When that mobile replies to my SMS, it gets lost in the woodwork.

Please advise.

I have the same issue  - I can send SMS to any cell phone but they can not reply - does anybody know a solution ?

I'm having the same issue.  I signed up and purchased credits specifically to be able to sms with my work landline as the caller id.  There is no point in being able to sms out if the other party can't respond...if anyone has any ideas, please help...thanks.

This is new, I think happens since one of the last updates. The reason is, that in certain areas, skype sends for a number like +60 17 218 19 20 the following number to the recipient: +0060 17 218 19 20 (either the + sign or the 00 (double zero) is too much and if you reply, the number is wrong and the message gets lost without you really being aware.

This is a bug which needs to be fixed by skype, but I do not know how and whom to address @ skype. i did not find any feature, to get in toch with skype directly.
