All very strange still and intriguing how it seems to also affect Samsungs too.
Wonder if its all TV's or just some fo the newer ones?

Brilliant, just created a new account, signed in on my TV then logged out and signed in under my old name and it worked!!!!! After 4 months of no skype! Thank you for the tip!
Good luck circumventing Panasonic's automated attendant! However, getting through to a real person proved to be just as useless. It seems that most if not all their TVs can't video Skype to any iphone or ipad - only computers (PCs and MACs). Not much use in today's mobile environment. I suggest you stay away from Panasonic if you need to Skype.
