PS Just noticed your further response to that post to Claudius which says that you too get a different error message as I forgot to scroll down

All very strange still and intriguing how it seems to also affect Samsungs too.

Wonder if its all TV's or just some fo the newer ones?

We are still investigating which products this is affecting.

Brilliant, just created a new account, signed in on my TV then logged out and signed in under my old name and it worked!!!!! After 4 months of no skype! Thank you for the tip!

Good luck circumventing Panasonic's automated attendant!  However, getting through to a real person proved to be just as useless.  It seems that most if not all their TVs can't video Skype to any iphone or ipad - only computers (PCs and MACs).  Not much use in today's mobile environment.  I suggest you stay away from Panasonic if you need to Skype.
