One would think that the "only in English" chat service would select English speaking operators. I have just been dealing with a certain Mamerto. D. who is such an idiot that I just gave up on my query in frustration. I would rather live without an answer as to why with Skype Credit my SMS to a mobile number state "sent" but are never received by the other side, than to battle in pidgin English with an agent who suggests "you call contacts supplier and ask why no SMS". Pathetic.
