How to reactivate click to call if I have deactivated it with IE,

I have downloaded the separate click to call and re installed the lastest skype but no luck.

Please help

Whats the story, this is frustrating and there are no answers on the net.........i thought skype was technically good but it seems you are not..............FRUSTRATING
