Okay, so I took an online foreign language class and a part of this class was that we had to do 4 Skype sessions with the instructor so she could hear us speak the language. She ended up giving me a 72% on this portion of the course because she said I only did a total of 21 minutes on Skype, which I know is not the case. Im a little upset because I feel like she is cheating me out of my grade. I have the history of the last two calls we did and I need to see the history for the first two calls. It will only let me see 3 months back. I need to see as far back as January. Is there any way that I can do this? Thanks.
