hello about 1 year that i can not use my skype . despite i have user and pass correctly !

does it chenge as free to money payments ?

No. Skype is still free. What's the problem you are facing when you try to log in?
Please also make sure that you are using the latest version from www.skype.com/go/download

If you still have problems please share some more details: which operating system, what kind of connection, error message etc.
