i have develop a web services to send a sms using Skype4COM.dll and WCF. it run perfactly in my development pc, but when i deploy it on the target machine, the service is fail to send out SMS.
BTW, i also develop a window app to send sms using Skype4COM, and it working fine in the target machine.
can anyone give me some advice? thank in advance
