Credit wiped out on first time connect with Boingo Hotspot

HI, the first time I attempted to connect to a boingo hotspot at the airport using skype wifi I got a weird message saying it's charging a million+ euros and my skype account is wiped. after recharging, the second connection goes smooth --- I want my money back!!!

I had a similar problem first (and last) time I tried to use Skype WiFi. I want my credit back!
