I'm guessing this should be a straight forward questions - but how does click to call actually work? After spending (way too much) time looking and clicking on the Skype.com site - I am unable to determine if SKYPE (the program that makes calls) is actually required to make the calls from web pages. I installed 5.9.99216 on Windows 7 Enterprise and there wasn't any mention (or programtic verifications) of an installation of SKYPE. I'm guessing this won't work without SKYPE installed, but am unable to confirm... ANYWHERE.
