Skype Access on NYC LaGuardia Airport - Boing charged me 30mins upfront, without warning. Minimum charge isnt written down anywhere on their terms, the only thing they say is "$0.19 per minute", its a SCAM and a RIP-OFF!
I want my credits back!

Totally agree - have been in Australia throughout most of July and am frequently automatically offered internet access via Boingo at 11p per minute. To consume the Skype credit I have lost so far I would have had to be connected for around 250 minutes - when in fact I have only used it for 10-15 minutes at a time on 3 or 4 occasions. You don't actually realise the credit is gone until disconnected either!

Hi I have the same problem in Arlanda airport. There is no any purchase notification but just a continue button that you don't know what is leading.
Please help us to solve this problem and more importantly please fix this "unexpected" UX behavior.

Same thing here at JFK. I have no problems if they say so up front, but there is nothing in the terms of service about this. And I have used Skype Wi-Fi to pay for exactly the minutes I needed, nothing more.
Skype - make Boingo shape up, or put them on a blacklist! Oh, and I want my 4 € back, please!
