Sir please help me to download skype on nokia e5 i have tried all the things but nothing works please tell me the proper solution.

I was able to Download Skype eventually through Nokia Store.
However, i don't hear when people call me neither do they hear me.
Also, i don't see the option of video calling and i can't import contacts from any social
network.
I hope you can rectify this challenges as soon as possible.
