You cannot download Skype to your play book. But you can use Skype through a website with a browser on your Playbook. Open the browser, enter the website ( https://imo.im ) , choose Skype, enter your username and password, login, search your contact,choose call or video call or chat. Choose your appropiate camera and microphone for video call . Anyone can force you to download Skype on your Playbook? None even yourself. Actually Skype not support Playbook.
