You cannot download Skype to your play book. But you can use Skype through a website with a browser on your Playbook. Open the browser, enter the website ( https://imo.im ) , choose Skype, enter your username and password, login, search your contact,choose call or video call or chat. Anyone can force you to download Skype on your Playbook? None even yourself. Actually Skype not support Playbook.
