calls & Echo Test Failed on Symbian Anna E7 & regular E72

Good day to you all.

Any one could help me why I failed all calls and Echo Test Call on Symbian Anna Nokia E7 and regular Symbian Nokia E72?

I receive the ring tone, and nothing, just the Failed message at the end.

Pls help.
