Re: blackberry playbook

Quite personally I am getting sick and tired of dealing with companies that don't listen to their user base.  There is obviously a huge demand for Skype on Blackberry and Blackberry Playbook, but the people who make the decisions in these companies choose to act like a 2 year old with their fingers in their ears singing 'La La la la, I can't hear you! lalalalala'.

Wake up Skype!  Your loyal users are getting fed up and will find something else to use. (I'm sure Google will be happy to provide that for free eventually, so imagine how many of us are going to jump ship and never look back.)

I used to like Skype, now it's to the point where I actually encourage people to use something else then the over bloated, you do things our way crap called Skype.

Make a change Skype, start listening to your users instead of ramming your way down our throats and telling us to swallow.

Re: blackberry playbook

Good day, i'm in the bahamas and I am typing this message from my blackberry playbook. Why is it that such a company like yourself knows that there is something your user data base to wants and you refuse to supply it to them. I have been using Skype from 2003 and I recently stop using it because my connection world revolves around my bb and my playbook and as you know neither of them have Skype on it. Please bring Skype to these devices. It would mean so much to the blackberry nation worldwide.

Re: blackberry playbook

Please give us Skype for the BlackBerry Playbook, this tablet now accounts for over 15% of the Canadian tablet market.  How many more of these devices do you need to see deployed before you give us a native application?

Re: blackberry playbook

I am with you on this. It's about time the PlayBook was noticed by Skype. I'm waiting too as a fellow Canuk. Lpb

Re: blackberry playbook

Necesitamos skype en la playbook, yo todos los años me abono con skype desde hace mas de 3 años, pero creo que voy a cambiar a google phone.  I think to change this year to google phone, because skype is not available in my playbook. Est'ce que vous pouvez faire quelque chose? We need the skype in playbook to speak with my family.

Re: blackberry playbook

BlackBerry playbook is a wonderful device. I have been using Skype since 2005 and am very disappointed that Skype does not care for people like us.

Skype! Are you listening? I just don't understand the point of having this forum. You may as well shut it down than turn a deaf ear to your user base!

Re: blackberry playbook

Well, I am definitely one for trying to get Skype to get an app, but do you really think that asking on a support network is the best way to go? I mean sure, its probably getting noticed, but we need something big. I am not very computer savy, but maybe someone could start a petition on some website, and we could all sign our names. Maybe then, once we reach a certain amount of names, Skype will hear our plea: GET SKYPE ON THE BLACKBERRY PLAYBOOK.

Cheers!
