Video call with mac

When I try to video chat with a user on a mac, it doesn't work. The audio works but if I call them, but the video doesn't. If she calls me, she can press the video button during the call but it doesn't do anything. We are both on the most current versions. I can skype video call with a friend on a pc.

Aha. It works if YOU call them. If they call you, no video.

We would need some more details to look into it. Please send us the following: exact mac hardware, mac client version, mac network connectivity, Vita network connectivity (wifi or 3G, and signal strength).

so... the hardware is iMac 8.1, skype version 5.6.0.203, connected via LAN

vita was connected via wi-fi

Install the latest version of Skype (Version 1.5) on Vita and try again. If you see this issue again, please report here.
